Our Plan for WordCamp Nagpur 2022

Here’s a confession from Organizing Team as WordCamp Nagpur is Just on 58 Days.

Despite Having a WordCamp Nagpur 2022 in Pre-Planning Stage in July 2022. We were trying different venues, Finally, we are back to our Old Venue – Chitnavis Centre, Civil Lines.

Action Plan for this year,

• We are expecting around 300 people for WordCamp Nagpur 2022.
• We are expecting 12-15 speakers in Two Tracks for sessions
• We are expecting 12 Booths in Hallway Track for Networking.

The tentative Schedule for Conference Day (12th Nov 2022) is as follows:
8.30 AM – Registration Desk Opens
9.15 AM – Opening Remarks
9.45 AM – Session Starts
5.00 PM – Contest Results & Closing Remarks
7.00 PM – After Party

• Hall 1 (Banyan) – Networking Area with 12 Networking booths and a standing capacity of 300 people
• Hall 3 (Tamarind) – Sessions and Panel Discussion. Hall has a seating capacity of 200 People
• Hall 2 (Mimosa) – Sessions and Workshop. Hall has a seating capacity of 150 People

Our Working Timeline

• Ticketing is open, and the first batch of 100 Tickets is Open.
• The call for Sponsor is open till budget requirements are met.
• The call for speakers is open till 30th Sept 2022
• The team will start vetting speakers and will upload speaker Details by 10th Oct 2022.
• The schedule for the Event will be updated by 25th Oct 2022.

Details about the networking dinner and after party will be shared by 7th Nov, based on how many people will be there.

The Attendee ticket we are charging is for Conference Only and does not include access to networking Dinner / After Party.
