WordCamp Nagpur is just around the corner, and we’re excited to welcome you to our carefully planned venue! To help you make the most of your experience, we’ve prepared this guide to our floor plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First Floor Layout:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Networking Central: The Banyan Room Our spacious Banyan room is the heart of networking at WordCamp Nagpur. This is where you’ll connect with fellow WordPress enthusiasts, exchange ideas, and forge new relationships in the community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Session Spaces: Tamarind and Mimosa Rooms We have two dedicated session rooms:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • Tamarind Room: Perfect for intimate talks and focused discussions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mimosa Room: Our larger session space for popular topics and keynote speakers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      1. Workshop Haven: Laburnum Room For hands-on learning experiences, head to the Laburnum room. This is where our in-depth workshops will take place, allowing you to gain practical skills in a collaborative environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Refreshment and Lunch Area: Open Space The open area on the first floor will serve as our refreshment hub. This is where you’ll enjoy tea breaks and lunch, providing a great opportunity to continue conversations in a relaxed setting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Ground Floor:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Welcome Point: Registration Desk Your WordCamp journey begins at the registration desk, conveniently located in the open area on the ground floor. This is where you’ll pick up your badge and any conference materials.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          • Restrooms are available on both floors for your convenience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Look for the clearly marked stairs to move between floors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            • Familiarize yourself with the room names to easily find your next session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The open areas are great for impromptu meetups or finding a quiet spot to catch up on work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
