We were trying different venues, Finally, we are back to our Old Venue &#8211; Chitnavis Centre, Civil Lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Action Plan for this year,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We are expecting around 300 people for WordCamp Nagpur 2022.<\/li><li>We are expecting 12-15 speakers in Two Tracks for sessions<\/li><li>We are expecting 12 Booths in Hallway Track for Networking.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tentative Schedule for Conference Day (12th Nov 2022) is as follows:<br>8.30 AM &#8211; Registration Desk Opens<br>9.15 AM &#8211; Opening Remarks<br>9.45 AM &#8211; Session Starts<br>5.00 PM &#8211; Contest Results &amp; Closing Remarks<br>7.00 PM &#8211; After Party<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hall 1 (Banyan) &#8211; Networking Area with 12 Networking booths and a standing capacity of 300 people<\/li><li>Hall 3 (Tamarind) &#8211; Sessions and Panel Discussion. Hall has a seating capacity of 200 People<\/li><li>Hall 2 (Mimosa) &#8211; Sessions and Workshop. Hall has a seating capacity of 150 People<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Working Timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ticketing is open, and the first batch of 100 Tickets is Open.<\/li><li>The call for Sponsor is open till budget requirements are met.<\/li><li>The call for speakers is open till 30th Sept 2022<\/li><li>The team will start vetting speakers and will upload speaker Details by 10th Oct 2022.<\/li><li>The schedule for the Event will be updated by 25th Oct 2022.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details about the networking dinner and after party will be shared by 7th Nov, based on how many people will be there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Attendee ticket we are charging is for Conference Only and does not include access to networking Dinner \/ After Party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let us know what interests you at WordCamp Nagpur 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jai WordPress Mandali!
