We invite you to help promote the only Tech conference in the City while giving you exclusive access to the event and welcoming you as an official Media Partner/Supporter!

We are thrilled by the presumption of involving media people in 5th Year Celebration of Nagpur WordPress Community. Where people from diverse roles come together to connect, exchange ideas and experiences. In the end, we take away newfound knowledge, but also new friendships and happy memories.

Be a Media Partner

The call for Media Partners is open to tech magazines, TV and radio stations around the City. The partnership is an opportunity to bring unique stories to your audience.

Be selected as a Media Partner and receive:

  • Two (2) free media passes for Conference and Networking Event.
  • Exclusive access to the news before publication on the official WCNagpur website.
  • Promotion across WCNagpur social media channels & Blog post announcement as Media Partner.
  • A dedicated member of the PR team who assists with writing stories before, during and after the event and delivers the information you need.
  • Maximum support with scheduling and facilitating interviews with speakers, sponsors and members of the organising team.
  • Logo as a partner with link to your site on the WCNagpur website.
  • Opportunity to distribute publications in Swag kit.

As a Media Partner, you are committed to:

  • Media coverage before, during and after the event that includes interviews, articles and social media posts (whichever feasible) across your network.

We ask that you consider creating a mix of content. For example, interviews in various formats, such as videos, podcasts, live broadcasting or transcribed Q&As; articles with infographics, and social media posts with speaker quotes or interactive polls. To reach your audience, you might send emails or newsletters mentioning the event and include a WCNagpur banner or logo on your site.
