Why there are two different track in WordCamp Nagpur?
WordPress is used by a variety of People, some interest in Developing on WordPress (Bloggers, Podcasters, Marketers, Website Owners, Ecommerce Stores etc), some are interested in Developing in WordPress(Website Developers, Designers, and various Consultants). It’s hard to keep everyone’s interest in same, thus two tracks.
What is a Workshop day?
Workshop day is a day planned for hands-on experience. Where you get your hands dirty by doing various activities scheduled for a different session. Scheduled on 24th June 2017.
I can’t attend whole Workshop day, Can I attend specific Workshop?
As long you are fit with the pre-requisite of the workshop, Workshop facilitator would love to have you in the room.
How Can I Enrol for the Workshop?
After every workshop intro, there’s link to Meetup group to RSVP for Workshop. You need to RSVP for Workshop in terms to register for the Session.
Is there any Limit on Number of Attendees in Workshop?
Currently, we are capping each Workshop Attendee limit to 40 People. Above 40 those who RSVP will be added to Waiting list.
I haven’t RSVPed for Specific Workshop. Would I be allowed in the workshop?
The community is always filled with Good people. You RSVP or not, No one is going to Stop you from attending a workshop. Unfortunately, seats in that room will be limited, and everyone will be carrying his laptop for hands-on, Space might be an issue. Will be great if you Reserve your spot to avoid any troubles.
I RSVPed for Workshop, But not able to attend the Workshop. What should I do?
If you are not able to make it, Just cancel your RSVP on Meetup.com, That will inform organisers and someone from the Waiting list will be confirmed. You can use Meetup.com Mobile app to update your status on the fly.
How about the Internet on Workshop day?
We understand the Internet is one of the primary needs of this Camp. We got it covered for you. But if you can carry your own device that will be great. As this is First WordCamp in Nagpur, we are not sure how many people it can serve smoothly. 4G Devices like Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone works like charm at the venue.
How about the Power supply on Workshop day?
We understand not everyone uses MacBooks with 9-10 Hours of Battery Backup. Each Room will have around 3-4 Spike guards.
What is Community Track?
WordPress Software is managed by the people for the people called community. Community track is focused on making the community stronger, it’s not just Nagpur Community, its Indian Community room, where the discussion will be around problems communities are facing, solving them, future activities etc.

25th June is a day-long conference, where people will be sharing their experiences, thoughts in tracks or Networking area.

What is the difference between Subscriber and Contributor Ticket?
Subscriber ticket is discounted ticket that gets you an access to Conference day. Contributor ticket is the normal ticket that gets access to Conference day and Networking Dinner.
What is Networking Dinner?
Networking Dinner is scheduled on Saturday 24th June. It will be a great time to spend with like-minded people over the food.
